You know your home no longer works for you, but you’re not sure what needs to change or where to start. This is a 90-minute consultation in your home where we work that out together.

What’s included:

• A questionnaire before we meet so I arrive with an understanding of how you live, what is not working, and what styles you love and what you don’t. This will allow me to focus on what is important to you during our consultation time and ensure you get as much value and clarity as possible.

• A focused 90 minute one on one consultation to look at your home. The time is yours to gain practical insights, guidance and ideas such as paint colours, layout, furniture, window treatments and how to pull a room together, giving you clarity and confidence to make decisions.

• After the consultation, you’ll receive a written summary of what we discussed, including key recommendations and any paint colours, layout ideas or product links discussed during the session.

This consultation is designed as a focused starting point. Mood boards, detailed layouts and design development are all part of the interior design service, so if you decide to go further, everything builds from here, and this fee is redeemable against any further services.

For clients more than 45 minutes from Pangbourne, the consultation is available virtually for the same fixed fee.

Consultation cost is £350.

You know your home no longer works for you, you also know your indecision has gone. You are ready to embrace the change your home needs, and you want to work with someone who shares your excitement, listens, and knows exactly what to do with what they hear.

What’s included:

• A design consultation to understand your project, how you want your space to function, your style, likes and dislikes, budget and timeframes. We will also take time to understand the things you love and want to keep, your treasures and mementos that make your home yours.

• A questionnaire and style guide completed before we meet so we can make the most of our time together

• A mood board bringing together the colours, textures and design elements that will shape your room, including a colour scheme

• A floor plan with furniture layout, focused on improving the flow and functionality of the space

• Finishes selection including paint, wall coverings, flooring, lighting and window dressings

• Furniture selection suited to your lifestyle, the scale of the room and your budget

• Advice on artwork and finishing touches list to complete the room

• A handover meeting where I walk you through the full design

You implement the design at your own pace. If you have already paid for a design consultation, that fee is deducted from the cost of this service.

Depending on the size and function of the room, the design cost is from £1,250 to £3,500 per room.

• Sourcing and procurement on your behalf

• Access to trade discounts

• Project coordination and trades briefing

Selling your home is an emotional and stressful time. It is somewhere where you have shared memories and made a home, and now it is time to make new memories somewhere else.

When we are buying a new home, we need it to look how we imagine our new lives will look and feel.

There is often a gap between these two points. I’m here to close that gap and help you make your current home be someone else’s aspiration.

What’s included:

• A focused two-hour one on one consultation in your home, covering up to three bedrooms

• A conversation at the start to understand your selling needs, timescales and budget

• A full walkthrough of your home, room by room, inside and out, with photographs taken for reference

• Honest and objective feedback on how your home currently presents, viewed from both a styling and a buyer’s perspective

• Practical suggestions on how to make your property appeal to the right buyer and stand out against others on the market

• A written report sent after the consultation detailing the changes discussed and the steps needed, which may include decluttering, de-personalising, accessorising or redecorating

This consultancy is designed as a clear action plan you can follow yourself. It does not include specific product purchases or sourcing. The consultation cost is £395.
